Demo Line SMS Consent Flow

How consent is captured on the ADAMPros demo line, (252) 582-7677. Published for carrier and A2P 10DLC reviewer verification. Last updated: 2026-07-09.

Who we are

ADAMPros is an operating division of RegularUpkeep LLC, the legal entity that captures and holds SMS consent for all of its divisions (NCTLC, ADAMPros, Approved Property Management, and Together Church).

Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchase, of using the demo, or of receiving any service we offer. A consumer can call the demo line, hear the demo, and become a customer without ever agreeing to receive a text message.

There is no proactive texting on this line

We do not send unsolicited or automated follow-up texts to people who call or text the demo line. There is exactly one automated message, and it is only ever sent as a direct reply to a text the consumer sent us first.

Path 1 — Consumer texts the demo line first (inbound-initiated)

When a consumer initiates contact by texting (252) 582-7677, they receive one immediate automated reply. It identifies the brand and the parent entity, discloses message frequency and rates, and carries STOP and HELP instructions before any conversational messaging begins:

ADAMPros (a division of RegularUpkeep LLC): You're now connected to our demo line. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.

This reply is sent once, on the consumer's first inbound message only. Subsequent messages in the conversation receive no automated reply. The reply is never sent in response to STOP, HELP, or any other standard opt-out or help keyword; those are handled by our carrier's standard opt-out processing.

Path 2 — Consumer calls the demo line (verbal consent)

If a consumer calls the demo line and we wish to send them information by text, express verbal consent is obtained on the call before any message is sent. The script is read as follows:

"Thank you for calling ADAMPros. With your permission, may I text you our demo information? Message and data rates may apply, consent is not required to use our service, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out. Is it okay if I send that text now?"

If the consumer does not affirmatively agree, no text is sent. Consent obtained this way is recorded with the date, time, and the number that consented.

Path 3 — Web form

Consumers may also opt in through our standalone web form at https://nctlc.com/sms-opt-in/, which uses an unchecked-by-default consent checkbox and names RegularUpkeep LLC and each of its operating divisions.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to stop all further texts. Reply HELP for help, or email info@adampros.com. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
